Our assessments in composition / singer-songwriter aim to evaluate the candidate’s skills in compositional techniques such as:
- Part-writing
- Harmonic and melodic development
- Orchestration
- Ability to work within a developed structure
- originality and the recognition of a
distinctive compositional style
The assessor will be looking for originality and a distinctive compositional style.
